Interesting change of map style. Bal's last map, BALDM3 - Tainted Meat, was huge. This map however seems a wierd change then. I felt cramped in here. Movement wasn't as smooth as I would have liked. I didn't get stuck on anything, no problems in that department. The problem was that the map in general felt a little small, like in certain spots my head would be scrapping the roofs.
Also at times the layout would just completely confused me. More than Warfare2 did. What really got me was a lift which went up to a corridor which had a teleporter at the end. There was a RA in the corridor, but I thought why? Why have it just go up to a little corridor? There are a few little bits like this, corridors which are dead ends. I just got really confused. The layout seems disjointed because of this. Maybe if I played it for like 5 or 6 hours then I'd have understood it (pun intended Gonzo =P).
It does plays pretty well, when I was going round arse over tit. Keeping to the main atrium did the trick. People would always be here ready for the picking. Unfortunately I would have to go of occasionally into these side areas to pick up ammo and health.
Don't get me wrong this is no bad map, but its just too small for me. If like tight game play then this is for you.
