Hmmm.... To be honest I've never heard of the Likwit Crew, but hopefully they'll take note and start making good maps.
What's up? Well, it looks damn amaturish, that's what. Plain blue walls all over the damn place, yukky lighting... just damn yukky basically. This may sound harsh I know, but when you look at the standard that most user maps are at visually today you'll see what I mean.
So you're not going to download this map 
for it's looks. Maybe it plays really really good then....
Er.. not quite. There's a few jumps that are 'not quite makable' unless you've got a jet pack (which I've never had in standard quake). So you hit the wall and fall into the water below, which is a sod. So you get outa the water and before your clothes can dry you've fallen in again. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. There's slopy walls to get stuck on, there's stupidly fast staircases to overshoot on... there's... there's.. not a lot right with this map.
Sorry guys, I know it's all negative, but just compare your map to the others here today and you'll understand...
